Alana’s role as head of recruitment for Candor makes her responsible for all hiring, onboarding, and continued professional development of all Candor employees – a job she is passionate about. Prior to Candor, she was the Hiring Manager at Casual Driver Leasing Services; Area Sales Manager at Runway Seven; Store Manager at Steve Madden; Area Manager/Training Manager at Bakers Footwear Group; and Store Manager at Windsor Fashions.
