Meet Jay Glenn – Team Lead of Expedite Operations, Candor Expedite’s core business. Jay has been with the company since its beginning in 2018 and points to his problem-solving abilities as his “secret weapon” when it comes to matching the right equipment to client’s needs.

After nearly a decade managing a successful landscape and construction management business, Jay found his home in logistics where he leads Candor’s Expedite Operations team — focused on delivering the best customer and carrier experience possible.

Jay brings his direct, honest and collaborative approach to building Candor’s internal expedite team and is a big part of Candor’s annual, double-digit growth. Asked about his favorite part of the job and Jay doesn’t hesitate to say, “I love being the problem-solver for my people and clients – our end goal is always to help the customer. How we get there may be different, often creative; and many times, challenging. That’s what makes the job fun!”
