After a decade managing warehouse, operations and traffic coordination for Kerry Ingredients, Tyler
Wiard wanted to do more directly on the freight side of the business. In 2019 he joined Nicole Glenn,
founder of Candor Expedite to help build a highly successful sales team alongside her vision to build
the smartest and most efficient freight business that delivers on its client’s promises.

Tyler brings a unique client perspective having worked on the shipper side for 10+ years during what
he describes as “the wild west” when it came to having transparency into shipments and poorly
treated drivers. He was attracted to Nicole’s mantra of full transparency and respect for all people at
all levels.

He is a big part of Candor’s double-digit growth each year and he’s excited to be on the ground floor
of such a great business. Asked about his favorite part of the job and Tyler doesn’t hesitate to say, “I
love getting to know my customers and educating them on potential solutions.”

Tyler has deep expertise on the operations side including analytical skills, transportation
management, inventory control, supply chain management, and demand forecasting. He has a
Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Kansas.
